When I’m not raising three curious kids or writing stories, I’m most at home either deep in the Grand Canyon on a Rim-to-River hike or hunting for hidden literary treasures in our local used bookstore. As an American who once called Cornwall home, I’ve drawn inspiration from its coastal landscapes and rich history. My writing has appeared in the New York Times bestselling So God Made a Mother and its companion journal A Mother’s Story, as well as So God Made a Grandma (Tyndale Press). I also authored and illustrated two children’s books published through Juice Box Press, and my poetry is featured in Calla Press. In addition to my work as a writer and illustrator, I hold a Master’s in Philosophy of Religion and Ethics, a Bachelor’s in Music Performance, and studied scenic painting at Cobalt Studios in New York.
